Casual Dining · Greek & Mediterranean
A caldera-view restaurant in Firostefani, the quieter village just north of Fira and a short drive up from Perissa. Tables sit on a shaded terrace right on the edge, looking across the caldera, and the kitchen serves Greek and Mediterranean cooking. The draw is as much the view and the calmer Firostefani setting as the plate in front of you. It dates back to 1922 and has been run by three generations of restaurateurs, which makes it one of the older dining rooms on the caldera. The kitchen leans on the produce Santorini's volcanic soil yields and on what it calls time-honoured traditional recipes, and tables can be reserved by phone or by email.
