The calm, self-contained layout suits couples and families who want the quieter, southern stretch of the black-sand coast. The hotel describes itself as sitting on the beach itself, which puts the sunbeds and beach bars on the doorstep. Rooms run from economy doubles and triples up through superior rooms to maisonettes and apartments, so it covers a wider range than most of the beachfront places, and its own Pergola Restaurant does Greek dishes built on local produce. There is a palm-fringed pool and pool bar at the centre of it, a gym on site, and guests can use the spa at its sister property, TUI Blue Meltemi.
