Katikies Santorini

The original white-on-white Katikies, draped down the Oia cliff with infinity pools that spill toward the deep-blue caldera. It is close to adults-only without quite being it: the hotel welcomes children over 13 and points families with younger ones to its sister property, Katikies Garden, in Fira. The hotel is spread across houses rather than one block, Pelagos, which it describes as suspended on the cliffs in the middle of Oia, and Gea, at the quieter, more welcoming edge of the village.
