Good to Know

They are two ends of the same long black-sand beach. Perissa is the village end below Mesa Vouno, while Perivolos, further south, is quieter and known for its beach clubs and loungers.

Perivolos runs on as the southern continuation of Perissa's black sand, forming one of the longest beaches on Santorini — the combined Perissa–Perivolos–Agios Georgios strip stretches several kilometres, with Perivolos the wider, more upscale beach-club end.
