A stylish modern-Greek restaurant and champagne bar in Firostefani, on the caldera edge just north of Fira and a drive from Perissa. Design-led interiors and a terrace with a full caldera view make it as good for a cocktail as for a contemporary Greek dinner above the sea. The kitchen describes its own style as Mediterranean ingredients meeting Asian precision, so alongside grilled octopus and sea bass fricassee the menu runs to signature sushi rolls and Kobe A5 off the grill. The restaurant claims a TripAdvisor Travellers' Choice award for 2024 and a silver at the 2021 Tourism Awards. Tables can be booked ahead.
