A modern Mediterranean restaurant and bar on the caldera edge in Fira, a short drive up from Perissa. The tables look straight out over the volcano and the sea, and the kitchen plates contemporary Greek and Mediterranean dishes. A caldera-view dinner without heading all the way to Oia. It is arranged over three levels at the caldera's edge, run by owner Katris Loukas with executive chef Giakalis Panagiotis, and the kitchen makes a point of its green credentials, zero waste, sustainability, and a farm-to-table approach leaning on the island's own producers, whom the pair say they work with directly. It opens from April through to November, and tables are booked online.
