It plates creative, contemporary Greek cooking alongside a serious Santorini wine list, served on a candlelit terrace. A quieter, dinner-focused alternative to the Fira and Oia crowds. The kitchen is led by executive chef Nikos Nikolinakos, who describes the cooking as contemporary Mediterranean built around umami and ingredients rooted in the islands; there is a nine-course tasting menu alongside the carte, and the list leans on wines grown in Santorini's volcanic soil.
