A relaxed beach lounge bar on the Perivolos black sand, thatched umbrellas, sunbeds and a full bar right by the water, drifting from daytime lounging into evening drinks. Chilli describes itself as one of the oldest catering companies on the island, with a tradition in the trade few others on Santorini can claim. Its stretch of sand is laid out with wooden beach beds, huge pillows and oversized poufs under triangular canopies alternating with big umbrellas and palm foliage, all facing straight out at the beach and the calm sea, and the kitchen is presented as the work of a well-known chef rather than an afterthought to the cocktails.
